Vula feature: highlight

If you need to communicate to your patient for example booking an appointment, you can send them an SMS.

Navigate the Vula Dashboard  (https://web.vulamobile.com/login) to the “My Patients” section. Once you have selected the patient you wish to communicate with via SMS. Select the “Manage Patient Communication” option. This will open a new page where you can input the patients cell phone number and message, then click Send Message!

Please note: the patients will not receive your personal number linked to the SMS.
